About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading entertainment organization is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Associate to support partnership initiatives, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional marketing programs.

This role will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior marketing leaders to execute campaigns, manage project details, analyze performance results, and identify opportunities to enhance promotional strategies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing, promotional, and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage project components including timelines, deliverables, documentation, and partner coordination.
  • Assist with partner communications and support promotional campaign execution.
  • Coordinate materials related to promotional agreements, partner deliverables, scheduling, and campaign requirements.
  • Prepare campaign recap presentations and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign metrics including reach, impressions, media value, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate project records and updates within internal systems and tracking tools.
  • Assist with identifying new partnership opportunities and provide recommendations to support marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, processes, and campaign execution.
  • Anticipate project needs, identify potential challenges, and help drive projects forward.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, partnerships, advertising, client services, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, projects, or external partnerships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in entertainment, media, sports, events, or consumer brands.
  • Experience supporting promotional campaigns, sponsorships, or brand partnerships.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external clients.
  • Familiarity with media, broadcast, events, or content production workflows.

Contract Details

  • 3-month contract assignment with potential extension
  • Hybrid schedule
  • Onsite expectations approximately 4 days per week
  • Some schedule flexibility may be required to support deadlines, events, or time-sensitive projects
