Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant (part and full-time available) to join our energetic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our marketing initiatives across digital channels, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to campaigns that inspire athletes at all levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports marketing, eager to learn, and ready to help elevate our brand through innovative strategies and creative content.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising.
- Support SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Contribute to content creation including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Instagram, and TikTok to engage our community and grow our audience.
- Help coordinate advertising sales efforts by preparing presentations, tracking campaign performance, and supporting client relationships.
- Help develop, schedule, and optimize promotional e-newsletters.
- Assist with trade show planning, preparation, and execution
- Assist with research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
- Previous experience or internship in digital marketing, content marketing or social media management is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities to craft compelling messages.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources including analytics tools to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Passion for sports marketing with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in performance marketing and product management.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic design tasks.
