The Staysure Legends Tour is part of the European Tour Group but is structured independently with its own experienced team. This is an exciting time to join the Tour and be part of our huge international growth curve.
Role Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Commercial Intern to join the Staysure Legends Tour team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role splits your time between marketing operations and commercial support, helping keep our digital platforms running smoothly, providing administrative support whilst helping the commercial team to grow members and deliver playing experiences.
This is a full-time (35 hours), hybrid Marketing and Commercial Placement role based in our office at Wentworth Golf Club, Virginia Water on Wednesdays, with flexibility to work from home or from our London office space.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Marketing
- Website Support: execute routine website updates and general edits across our digital platforms, keep pages current and accurate.
- Ticketing Management: Handle ticketing requests, including refunds and complimentary tickets, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Support outreach initiatives to local golf courses and schools
- Financial Administration: Manage invoices and purchase orders (POs) using Workday / Create, track, and reconcile POs and invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets / Collaborate with finance teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Market Research: Conduct research (including on competitors and adverting opportunities), translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Help pull together reports, utilise tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and commercial team, to plan and launch campaigns that support sales strategies.
Commercial
- Sales Pipeline: Manage a sales pipeline of prospective customers using Legends Tour CRM tool (Monday.com) and assist with inbound playing experience enquiries.
- Amateur Experiences: Assist the Legends Tour delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of experiences at each event.
- Business Development: Work with the Legends Tour Marketing team to increase awareness and inbound sales enquiries, including events, PR and paid media spend.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and coordinate feedback from the experiences and members, to then amend product design and delivery accordingly.
- Reporting: Support the tracking and reporting of progress of commercial pipeline and deals.
- Team Player: Support the Head of Memberships and Playing Experiences Manager and the Commercial team to meet their strategic objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- Education: Currently at University studying a course which is relevant to the role description.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of marketing principles, including web, email, social media marketing and AI.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding of brand dynamics and consumer trends. Awareness of the golf industry would be an advantage.

Start date: July, August or September 2026
Salary: £23,500
