The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented student to join our Luxembourg team for a part-time summer position in logistics and operations.
This role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in international e-commerce, logistics, and operations within a fast-paced and structured environment.
You will be involved in the day-to-day running of our operations while gaining insight into how a global e-commerce business operates end-to-end.
Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Prepare and pack customer orders (rackets, apparel, accessories)
- Handle returns, quality control, and product care
- Support shipping processes, labels, and courier coordination (DHL, FedEx, DPD)
- Maintain accurate inventory and an organized workspace
- Assist with product data, listings, internal systems and marketplaces (Decathlon, Red Note)
Customer & Market Support
- Assist with customer inquiries via email and online platforms
- Support coordination between logistics and sales channels
Profile
- Current university student
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a strong plus)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn
- Interest in e-commerce, logistics, or operations
Nice to have:
- Interest in tennis or racket sports
- Active lifestyle and interest in sports
- Curiosity about international business
