What you'll do:
● Manage end-to-end inventory of rider kits (uniforms, bags, helmets, jackets, boxes, safety gear) across the assigned cluster.
● Issue kits to new riders during onboarding and recover kits from exiting riders, ensuring full handover and sign-off.
● Maintain accurate stock records daily — inbound, outbound, returns, damages, and write-offs — in the inventory system.
● Run weekly and monthly physical stock counts across stores in scope; investigate and reconcile variances.
● Monitor kit consumption patterns and raise replenishment requests on time to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
● Inspect returned kits, segregate reusable vs damaged items, and manage repair, laundry, or disposal flows.
● Track kit-related KPIs — issuance TAT, recovery rate, loss/damage rate, cost per rider — and flag anomalies.
● Coordinate with store managers, and supply on rider joiners, leavers, and transfers to align kit movements.
● Enforce kit accountability: deductions, replacement charges, and documentation for lost or damaged items per policy.
● Produce weekly reports on stock levels, issuance/recovery throughput, losses, and replenishment needs.
What you'll need:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
● Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
● Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
● Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
● Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
