Responsibility:

1. Execute Pre-Livestream and During-Livestream Activities

Responsible for setting up the live session on the Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada platforms.
Set up the Livestream room, prepare livestream props, and necessary supplies for the live session.

2. Implement Activities During the Livestream Session

Assist the Host during the live broadcast, monitor actual performance, and implement flexible solutions to engage with viewers.
Directly coordinate with brands regarding the sales program during the live session (vouchers, supplementary gifts, etc.).

3. Measure and Analyze Post-Livestream Performance

Manage Livestream quality and analyze post-Live data. Ensure the established revenue targets are met.
Monitor the performance of the live session and customer feedback from each
Livestream to develop a plan and select products for subsequent Livestreams.
Perform other live operation-related tasks assigned by the leader (e.g., receiving/sending samples; reporting on the host's live hours for acceptance, etc.).

Competencies:

Experience of 6 months to 1 year or more in managing livestream operations.
Ability to work on weekends.
Clear, easy-to-listen-to voice, able to speak continuously for 2 to 3 hours during the live session.
Priority given to candidates who have experience operating independent live sessions for either brands or KOCs.
Proficient use of the Livestream tools on Tiktok Shop / Shopee / Lazada.
