Position Summary:
Swim Staff with Rush Day Camp are responsible for the safety of campers and teaching group swim lessons.
Entry Requirements:
Prior or Current certification in:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or comparable lifeguard certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of teaching swimming and water safety skills
- Decision-making skills
- Communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all class participants are visible and safe at all times
- Ensure and teach water safety
- Complete additional duties as assigned by Camp Director
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
