Become a Lifeguard with TRCA in Albion Hills, CA, and contribute to an enjoyable aquatic experience. This is a seasonal role focused on safety and customer service.
As a Lifeguard, you will provide supervision and rescue services in the pool area. With a commitment to maintaining safety, you’ll perform surveillance, respond to incidents, and engage with visitors to educate them on safety practices. This role spans 10 weeks with a chance to enhance your skills at a conservation authority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor pool activities and ensure safety compliance
• Perform rescues and provide first aid as needed
• Engage patrons with educational safety measures
• Clean and maintain pool facilities and grounds
• Record incidents and inspections accurately
Requirements:
• Pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NLS lifeguard certification required
• Minimum age of 15 years
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Must work flexible hours, including weekends
