Qualifications
- At least 15 years of age
- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding
- Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid
- If not certified, willingness to be trained
Available Hours
- Weekday Evenings
- Weekends
Responsibilities
- Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
- Attends mandatory in-service trainings
- Positive attitude & team player
- Rescue ready at all times during shift
Starting Wage
$12.00 – commensurate with experience
Part‑time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
