Position: Lifeguard (Bank)
** Lifeguard – Bank Warwick Gym*
* Part‑time, ad‑hoc position. Pay: £12.84 per hour. No fixed weekly hours; schedule based on business needs and employee availability.
Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
Qualifications
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or an equivalent is required. Ongoing training records must be available.
