We are seeking motivated Lifeguards/Swim Instructors for the period between June 8 and September 7, 2026. This role will involve monitoring swim sessions, coordinating swim lessons, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the facility. You will need to maintain high attention to detail and uphold the quality standards set by the Lifesaving Society.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage member check-ins during family swim hours
• Prepare swimming areas and monitor water conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the pool deck
• Vigilantly supervise swimmers and respond to emergencies
• Organize swim lessons and track learners’ progress
Requirements:
• Valid Swim for Life Instructor (LSI) and National Lifeguard (NL) certifications
• Current CPR/First Aid certification at start
• Clean Criminal Background Check before employment
• Commitment to maintaining all relevant certifications
• Fulfilling documentation for lessons and incidents
