Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to safety and lifeguarding procedures

• Examine and coach participants tailored to their learning styles
• Communicate progress to parents and maintain attendance records
• Set up and verify safety of recreational equipment
Requirements:
• Current National Lifeguard and CPR Level C certifications
• Previous experience in swim instruction preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
