Key Responsibilities
* Supervise all activities at the swimming pool to ensure guest safety.
* Enforce all rules and regulations pertaining to the swimming pool.
* Respond to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
* Inspect pool equipment and facilities for safety hazards.
* Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide a friendly service.## Requirements
* Ability to remain alert and vigilant for extended periods.
* Strong swimming skills and knowledge of lifesaving techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests.
* Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
* First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.## Benefits
