Lifeguard (Bank)
Gloucester FWC | Bank – Ad hoc | Part Time – £12.84 per hour
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
Qualifications
Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records.
Have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Be passionate about great customer care and a real team player.
