With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety and ensuring our members have an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
- Observe poolside activities and intervene promptly to prevent accidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
Qualifications
- Hold an NPLQ qualification.
- Have a passion for health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- Team player, willing to share knowledge and best practice.
