Responsibilities
You will be an important part of life here at the centre as you ensure that everyone can use the pool safely and has access to everything they need to enjoy their visit. You will provide customer care to people of all ages, supervise activities, maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool area, ensure the safe handling and set up of pool equipment, and when needed, help to save lives.
Qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a leisure or other customer‑facing environment.
• Strong swimming skills and a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
• Ability to remain safety conscious, vigilant and calm in pressurised situations.
• Must be 18+ and able to work throughout the week, including early and late shifts in a full‑time role.
