Lifeguard Jobs in Fond du Lac, USA at City of Fond du Lac, WI
The Fond du Lac Recreation Department will be hiring Lifeguards to work at the Outdoor Pools and/or indoor Aquatic Center for the summer.
Hours:
30 – 40 hours per week, including weekends.
Pay Rate:
* Guards – $13.75/hour at hire
* Opportunity to become a Pool Supervisor after at least 1 year Successful Service
* All guards working outdoors receive an additional $1/hour upon working 150 or more hours with successful performance.
Various duties and responsibilities include:
* Ensure pool is a safe facility by enforcing rules and regulations.
* Ensure supervision and safety of pool guests.
* Guard open swim, lap swim, lessons and fitness classes.
Requirements include:
* Must have a recognized Lifeguard Certification.
* May be required to demonstrate lifeguard skills and rescues.
* Work Outdoors, in a team atmosphere.
