Join our energetic lifeguard team for the 2026 Spring & Summer!
We are hiring proactive Lifeguards for our busiest months (March and June–September) at Broward College’s premier outdoor facility in Dania Beach.
Schedule, Pay, Benefits
- Pay: $14.00 – $22.00 / hour
- Peak Season (Mar, June–Sept): Up to 30 hours per week
- Flexibility: We work around school and other job schedules with advance notice
- Training: Red Cross Lifeguarding certification is preferred, but training is available for the right candidates.
Qualifications
- Age: 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Swimming: Must meet American Red Cross basic lifeguarding prerequisites
- Environment: Must be comfortable working in a natural lake/dark water setting.
- Availability: Looking for staff ready to commit to our peak spring and summer windows.
Core Responsibilities
- Safety: Monitor hazards, enforce safety protocols, and respond to emergencies
- Guest Service: Interact professionally with guests of all ages.
- Operations: Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
