LIFEGUARD RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
For a Government Sports Club in Kuwait
A government sports club is seeking to hire qualified and experienced Lifeguards from the Indian, Filipino, and African communities to join our professional team.
Position:
Lifeguard
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a lifeguard
Valid Lifeguard Certification
CPR & First Aid Certification (mandatory)
Good swimming and rescue skills
Physically fit and able to work under pressure
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work in shifts
Professional appearance and behavior
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sports clubs, swimming pools, or resorts
Knowledge of pool safety regulations
Teamwork and customer service skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure safety rules are followed
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
Perform water rescues and provide first aid when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
Report hazards or incidents to management
