Pure Life Chiropractic is a cash-based, results-driven chiropractic clinic in Zionsville/Whitestown, Indiana, owned and operated by Drs. Brandon & Shelby Wagner. We’re the clinic patients come to after everything else has failed them – after the medications, the referrals, the "just live with it." We give people an honest, no-fluff answer, backed by objective motion X-ray proof of what’s actually going on in their body, and a real path forward that doesn’t start with surgery or a prescription pad.
We’re looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team – not as a stepping stone, not as a side gig, but as a real home for your practice. If you’re tired of chasing your own clients, paying your own rent, and handling your own marketing, we want to build your book for you and let you focus on what you actually love: giving great massages.
What you’ll do:
- Provide 60-minute and 90-minute therapeutic and sports massage sessions
- Perform short sessions of spot massage, cupping, and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization)
- This is a hands-on massage and manual therapy role, not a stretch-based therapy practice – stretching is a minor, occasional part of your session, not the focus
- Spend a set number of hours per week doing in-office spot massage for our existing chiropractic patients – a warm, built-in way to introduce yourself to a steady stream of new clients who are already walking through our doors

- Flexible schedule built around you: longer sessions on Tuesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons, Fridays, and Saturdays, plus roughly 10 hours/week of in-office hands-on time during clinic hours. This is just a suggestion! We are open to building a schedule that suits you!
- Compensation is flexible and built around the right fit – hourly, commission/split, or salary structure available depending on experience and goals.
Who we’re looking for:
- Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of experience (not an entry-level or first job)
- Certified and familiar with IASTM and cupping
- A warm, genuine, team-oriented personality – we believe if you take care of people the right way, your personality sells itself. You don’t need to be a salesperson.
- Naturally holistic-minded – someone who believes in the body’s ability to heal and wants to help people avoid unnecessary medications and surgery, not someone reaching for a quick fix first
- Someone looking to put down roots and build a long-term career inside our practice – not launch their own studio down the road
