What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, designing customized massage therapy sessions based on intake forms and client needs.
- Communicate clearly about the massage plan and obtain informed consent before beginning each session.
- Deliver high-quality massage sessions (30 to 90 minutes, depending on your training and comfort) using safe, professional draping and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate, legible client notes and uphold strict confidentiality.
- Foster a welcoming, therapeutic atmosphere that encourages client health and wellness.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and recommend appropriate frequency.
- Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and ensure therapy rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Massage Therapy License (Tennessee) and adherence to all local/state regulations.
- Personal liability insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A genuine belief in the healing benefits of massage and bodywork.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities is a plus!
- Eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of physical therapists.

What You’ll Do
- Provide therapeutic and sports massage to gym members, PT patients, and standalone clients
- Collaborate with our DPT and coaching staff on recovery and performance protocols
- Maintain client records and communicate progress within the team
- Educate clients on soft tissue care, recovery, and body maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Active Tennessee LMT license (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience (sports massage, deep tissue, or therapeutic focus preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills — you’re personable, professional, and clients ask for you by name
- Comfortable in a gym/clinical environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for performance and recovery
- Experience with treating athletes and performing sports massage.
