Job Summary
We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead the training and development of coach trainers and coaches across programs such as sensory, multisport, gym, and other child development classes. This role is responsible for ensuring coaching quality, consistency, and positive class experiences across all centers.
- Lead onboarding, training, evaluation, and development of trainers
- Create training systems, SOPs, and learning materials
- Monitor trainer performance, manage their training schedule, and provide coaching/feedback
- Ensure teaching quality, safety standards, and class consistency
- Collaborate with curriculum and operations teams to align training goals
- Identify improvement areas and develop action plans for trainer growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Able to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about people development
