Toss and Spin is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Pickleball Professional to help grow one of our fastest-expanding programs. If you love introducing new players to the game, building community, and creating exciting programming, we’d love to meet you.
This role will lead the development of clinics, leagues, private lessons, tournaments, and special events while helping establish Toss and Spin as one of Chicago’s premier pickleball destinations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all pickleball programming.
- Teach private lessons, clinics, leagues, and special events.
- Develop new programming for beginner through advanced players.
- Recruit and mentor additional instructors as programming grows.
- Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive community.
- Coordinate programming schedules and court assignments.
- Help promote pickleball offerings through community events and marketing.
- Support member engagement and player retention.
- Represent Toss and Spin with professionalism and positive energy.
Qualifications
- PPR, IPTPA, or equivalent pickleball certification preferred.
- Experience coaching pickleball players of various skill levels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for growing the sport.
- Excellent customer service.
- Evening and weekend availability.
