Summary
As a Lead Trainer, you will be instrumental in guiding clients towards their fitness goals through personalized training programs. Your core expertise in personal training, combined with premium skills in physiology, body mechanics, and program design, will enable you to create effective workout plans tailored to individual needs. Additionally, your knowledge of anatomy and sports coaching will enhance client performance and safety. With relevant skills in group fitness and health club operations, you will foster a supportive and motivating environment, helping clients achieve their desired results and promoting overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored training programs for clients.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to achieve fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Promote fitness services and products to enhance client experience and achievements.
- Sales and trainer development.
