Are you a high-energy Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment?
We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house at our popular Madison sports bar! If you love the game-day atmosphere, delivering great food under pressure, and building a strong kitchen team, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume sports bar setting
Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks and prep staff
Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
Manage food and labor costs to hit budgeted targets
Create and execute daily specials that pair perfectly with game-day crowds
Work closely with the Front of House and General Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Handle ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Passion for sports and energetic bar atmosphere
Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety (ServSafe preferred), and cost control
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (game days are our busiest!)
Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
