About Soccer Stars Soccer Stars is one of the nation’s most loved youth soccer enrichment programs, bringing the joy of the game to children ages 1–12. We believe every child deserves a confident, encouraging first experience with sports — and our coaches make that happen every single week.
About This Role This is a part-time, Thursday-only position ideal for someone looking for meaningful supplemental income that fits around their life. Whether you’re a retired educator, a substitute teacher, a stay-at-home parent re-entering the workforce, a college student, or simply someone who loves young children — we want to hear from you.
You do not need coaching experience. We train you fully from day one.
Schedule Thursday mornings only 8:40am – 11:30am, every week Location: Denver, CO 80238
What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, structured soccer sessions for children ages 1–5 inside a preschool setting
- Create a safe, high-energy, and encouraging environment
- Build weekly relationships with the little ones you work with
- Follow the Soccer Stars curriculum — full training provided
Who You Are
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- You love being around very young children — this is non-negotiable
- You’re reliable and consistent — the school and kids count on you every Thursday
- You have any background working with young children — childcare, education, nannying, stay-at-home parenting, youth sports, or camp all count
- You’re looking for supplemental income, not a full-time salary
- You’re available every Thursday morning on an ongoing, long-term basis
No Coaching Experience? No Problem. If you’ve ever managed a classroom, cared for young children, or simply have a natural ability to connect with toddlers — you already have the most important skills for this role. We provide full curriculum training and ongoing support.
Growth Opportunity We are actively growing our Soccer Stars program in the Denver area. As new programs launch, our existing coaches are always first in line for additional hours and days. This Thursday morning shift is your foot in the door.
