Position: K-3 Life-Skills Coach & Student Success Mentor
Crossover is hiring a Student Success Coach to lead K–3 cohorts across on-site campuses in the US. This full-time contractor role pays $60 USD/hour, roughly $120,000 USD per year at 40 hours/week for 50 weeks, with weekly pay.
You will run one-hour life-skills workshops, coach students one-on-one or in small groups, and guide each child toward completing weekly app targets using Coachbot analytics. You’ll adapt Alpha’s playbook to your cohort, mentor newer Guides, and participate in shadow days
