About the Position
Our K–2 students learn through an AI-powered educational platform that delivers personalized instruction tailored to each student’s individual learning pace. Rather than teaching through traditional whole-class lessons all day, our educators serve as learning coaches and mentors.
Your primary role will be to:
- Guide and support students as they work through lessons on the AI learning platform.
- Monitor student progress and provide encouragement, clarification, and one-on-one assistance when needed.
- Help students stay engaged, focused, and motivated throughout the school day.
- Build positive relationships with students and create a fun, supportive classroom environment.
- Foster social, emotional, and character development while helping students become confident, independent learners.
- Communicate with families and collaborate with fellow staff members to support student success.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children, has a positive and energetic personality, embraces educational technology, and loves helping students succeed in a modern, personalized learning environment.
Bonus consideration will be given to candidates who are interested in coaching volleyball or softball.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
