1. Position: Junior Account/Event Manager
We're looking for a Junior Manager with 1-3 years of experience. However, we are open to considering candidates at the Manager level(3-5 years of experience) if they demonstrate exceptional qualifications.
2. Requirements
1)Visa/Citizenship: Applicants must possess a valid work visa, or permanent residency in Germany, or EU citizenship.
2)Language Skills:
Proficiency in spoken and written English and German is essential.
3)Work Experience:
We seek individuals with expertise in event management, promotion, brand marketing, sports marketing, social marketing, and sponsorship-based project management.
4)Start Date:
The preferred start date is as soon as possible, since we have lots of projects at the moment.
3. Tasks
Marketing planning and execution(Brand experience, product marketing, B2B/B2C event, Sports/eSports/Motorsports sponsorship, and so on)
Project management(Client service, accounting, budget planning, vendor payment, client invoicing, and so on)
*This position is focused on event marketing and requires on-site work, including weekends.
4. Work Conditions & Benefits
1)Vacation: 30 days per year
*Weekend and holiday work will be compensated with additional vacation time.
2)Working Hours:
40 hours per week / Monday–Friday
Overtime or weekend work may be required, depending on the project and business trips
3)Flexible working hours:
You can start +/- 2 hours from the standard 9 AM–6 PM schedule
4)Hybrid Work System:
2 days home office & 3 days in-office work
*Office presence will be required during the training period.
