We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join the ACE team!

In this role, you will work primarily with datasets and Excel-based tools, ensuring accurate and consistent data handling across processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regularly communicate results and insights.

Temporary contract of employment – till December 2027

Location: Cracow

Hybrid work model after stationary training (2/3 days from the office)

Official job title on the contract: ACE Assignment Marketing Analyst/– Associate

Compensation for this role is min. 7500 zł gross

Key responsibilities:

  • Support migration and operational processes through data analysis and execution
  • Prepare files, review and validate data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
  • Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables
  • Work extensively with Excel to analyse data and support process execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and functions
  • Present results and key insights to stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools

Required skills & experience:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written, min. C1)
  • University degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Commercial, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant environment
  • Strong analytical (numerical and process-oriented) thinking
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query)
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with repetitive processes
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for data quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to clearly present results and collaborate with different functions
  • Ability to work in a structured way and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have (not required):

  • Experience working with data or in analytical roles
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
  • Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, GitHub, or ServiceNow
  • Experience working with large datasets or in cross-functional environments
