We are looking for a Junior Agent to learn the business from the ground up alongside senior leadership. This is a true entry point into talent representation, built for someone early in their career who is hungry, coachable, and ready to contribute from day one. You will report directly to the President and CEO and get hands-on exposure to every part of the deal cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and recruitment of NIL athletes and influencer talent across wellness, food, lifestyle, sports, and CPG
- Conduct outreach to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers under senior guidance
- Assist senior agents in preparing pitches, proposals, and partnership materials
- Support deal execution, including sponsored content, ambassador programs, and appearances
- Help manage client communications and day-to-day relationship touchpoints
- Keep the pipeline organized and maintain deal tracking and reporting across active opportunities
Experience & Background
- An internship and approximately one year of work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Genuine interest in the creator economy, NIL, sports, and brand partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can represent the agency with professionalism
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a lean startup environment
- Eagerness to learn the business, support deal flow, and grow into a full agent role over time
Preferred (Not Required)
- Internship or coursework in talent representation, influencer marketing, sports marketing, or brand partnerships
- Familiarity with the NIL landscape at the university level
Role Type & Compensation
This is a remote position. We are open to both:
- Full-time employment, and/or
- Contractor engagement for the right candidate
Compensation will be aligned with experience and performance, with incentive potential.
