Position: Amazing Athletes JumpBunch – Preschool Multi-Sport and Fitness Coach
Are you passionate about sports and helping toddlers and preschoolers stay active? Join our team at Amazing Athletes Jump Bunch of Southern CT as a multi-sport coach for toddlers and preschoolers. As a Jump Bunch coach, you will travel to different daycares and preschools instructing pre‑planned sports curriculum to young children. You will teach these fun and engaging programs to encourage healthy habits and build confidence in young athletes while ensuring they have a great time!
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard‑working candidates that enjoy working with children at this vital point in their development.
Requirements
As a Preschool Multi‑Sport and Fitness Coach, you will deliver high‑energy classes focused on physical skill development through engaging and age‑appropriate activities. You will inspire toddlers and preschoolers through sport and help them develop healthy habits.
- Weekday morning availability (9 AM – 12 PM, primarily). Afternoon shifts are sometimes available; most hours are in the 9 AM – 12 PM window.
- Prior experience working with children is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and connect with kids, school directors, and school staff.
- Must have access to a personal transportation vehicle for transporting equipment to facilities. (Equipment is provided once you are fully trained.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a clean criminal background check.
- Coaching experience is not required but highly recommended. Any sports background is also highly recommended.
Benefits
- Part‑time position.
- Starting training pay at $17.00 per hour, with an increase once you become a lead coach.
- Staff is entitled to at least 1.5 hours minimum of pay each time they work.
