We are hiring a skilled and experienced Manager to lead sales and business development for our Irrigation Solutions Division. This role involves promoting and managing projects across drip and sprinkler irrigation, agriculture, landscaping, sports fields and playgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with strong experience will be considered.
- Certifications in irrigation or landscaping are an added advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in irrigation system sales, design, or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of drip, sprinkler, and automated irrigation systems.
- Excellent in sales, technical presentations, and client relationship management. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CAD or design software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for irrigation and landscaping solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities in agriculture, commercial, and recreational sectors. Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and recommend suitable systems.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for successful project execution.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
- Monitor competitor activity and contribute to market analysis.
- Achieve sales targets and support division growth.
