Client = PE / mid-sized Investment focused platform with offices across the US and Asia.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a global scale (billon dollar AUM) and across multi-asset class investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities across key industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Education, Sports and Finance
- Oversee due diligence processes (financial, strategic, operational, and go-to-market)
- Work closely with the Managing Director to structure proposals, negotiate terms and close transactions.
- Manage and mentor Associates, guiding growth in both technical analysis and broader deal execution.
Requirements
- Highly educated from Tier 1 Universities
- 7+ years experience at a top-tier PE / VC / Family office
- Demonstrated track record leading processes
- Strong financial modelling, negotiation, and legal/contractual acumen
- Experience managing junior team members.
