2. About the Opportunity:
The Inventory Specialist role is pivotal in managing commercial advertisement inventory to maximize revenue. This position ensures accurate log editing, communicates inventory availability, and collaborates closely with Sales Managers. The role supports the operational efficiency and financial performance of advertising within the organization.
3. Responsibilities:
• Verify commercial logs for programming accuracy, commercial content, and advertiser/product separation
• Manage advertising materials to optimize inventory and revenue
• Assist with programming processes, sales report generation, and advanced inventory tasks within deadlines
• Communicate daily inventory availability or scheduling conflicts to stations
• Collaborate professionally with team members and managers
• Perform additional assigned duties
4. Requirements:
• Computer literacy, attention to detail, dedication, and dependability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Broadcast TV or radio experience is beneficial but not required; training provided
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly pay range is $18.81 to $20.00, with final compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, and location
