Role Overview
Primary Function: We’re looking for an Inventory Planning Supervisor to join our team and make an impact by ensuring optimal stock levels, aligning inventory with demand forecasts, and supporting seamless distribution center (DC) operations. Your role bridges demand planning, supplier (manufacturing) coordination, and compliance with operational transformation goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course
- With at least 3 years related work experience in a Supervisory position preferably in Warehouse and Inventory Management roles for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
- Must be knowledgeable in SAP
- Proficient in Stock Optimization, Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination, Compliance and Traceability, System Integration, Performance Monitoring, Transition Support, Mechanization Alignment, and Strategic Reporting
- Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan
