Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Zouk Mikael. The Inventory Control Specialist will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management activities, including shipping, receiving, and tracking inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining precise inventory records, coordinating physical inventory counts, ensuring inventory levels are optimized, and supporting efficient stock movement and operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock records and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving to manage product deliveries, returns, and order accuracy.
- Ability to perform and oversee Physical Inventory processes to ensure precise stock assessments and counts.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining Inventory Accuracy across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the retail or sports equipment industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
