Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and live chat to promote products and services, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Support inventory control by ensuring accurate product availability and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high levels of phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase online visibility and drive retail or B2B sales growth.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer trust.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening are required.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with sale and fulfillment process of marketplace retail sites.
- Basic retail math skills including calculations related to pricing, discounts, and profit margins are necessary.
