Job Summary
Performs primarily inspections of processes and products in a cleanroom environment may also be involved with other duties listed below:
Drug Product: Formulation, Filling, Crimping, Visual Inspection, Labeling/Packaging
BSM: Weighing, pH, Centrifugal Filtration, Lyophilization, Milling, Calcination, Cleaning
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Read, understand and follow detailed written procedures
- Maintain records in and out of clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements
- Ability to cross train in all manufacturing environments
- Exposure to areas that require understanding of SDS and use of PPE to ensure safety
- Perform 5S activities in area.
- Maintain training in LMS
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
- Communication skills with ability to interact effectively with lead and/or supervisor.
- Ability to follow instructions from Lead and/or Supervisor
- Must be able to meet all technical and physical requirements of primary job function
- Understands company’s quality systems including strong familiarity with Measurement Instruction Sheet layout and purpose, and company’s Compliance Policies
- Advocate of company’s core values and behaviors
Education/ Experience Requirements
High School Diploma, At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
