This is an opportunity to be among the first to join the US Sales Team for Vuly Play. We are an award-winning Australian brand launching our first-ever US Headquarters & Showroom. This is a rare ‘ground floor’ opportunity to bring Australia’s favorite outdoor play equipment to American backyards.

Role Description

In this role, you will be managing 100% warm leads—no cold calling. You will serve as the expert consultant for families interested in our premium, high-ticket outdoor recreation products. Because Vuly stands for premium quality at a higher price point, our bonus structure offers lucrative earning potential for those who can effectively use relationship selling to close deals and provide a white-glove customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

● Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, text and Zendesk

● Sell to & assist customers who shop on-site at our showroom

● Warm outreach to unconverted customers with abandonded carts on our website and identify customer needs, lifestyle, and space requirement

● Present product options, features, and benefits tailored to customer preferences

● Develop and deliver a sales presentation for swing sets, monkey bars, and trampolines, including product lines, product benefits, and installation processes

● Provide detailed quotes, financing options, and promotional information

● Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads to convert interest into sales

● Coordinate with the installation and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery

● Maintain accurate sales records

● Stay informed on product specifications, warranties, and competitive offerings

● Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail (e.g., furniture sales), home improvement, sporting goods, or premium consumer products

● Active listening skills

● Ability to explain product details in a customer-friendly way

● Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

● Enthusiastic, personable, and customer-service oriented

● Proven ability to communicate effectively with families and understand their needs

● Excellent time management and organizational skills

Full Time & Part Time Hours Available:

Monday to Friday – 6am PST to 10am PST

Saturday 6am – 6pm

Sunday 6am – 6pm
