What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This role sits at the front line of our growth team.
- Outbound calls to identify decision-makers
- Setting qualified appointments for our sales team
- Researching and verifying business data
- Logging clean, accurate information into our system
It’s fast-paced, numbers-driven, and performance-focused.
What Success Looks Like
- 200+ dials/day (activity matters)
- 2+ qualified appointments/week
- Clean, usable data for sales

Compensation
- $12/hr base
- Uncapped bonuses per appointment + verified data
- 5% commission on closed deals you sourced
- Monthly performance tiers:
- Tier 1: $150
- Tier 2: $300
- Tier 3: $600
- Tier 4: $1,000
