We're Hiring Unpaid Interns:
Electro is reinventing hydration with a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Our product fuels focus, performance, and recovery, and we partner with college athletes nationwide along with pros across the NBA and NFL.
Heads up, this is an unpaid role. We're hiring an intern to help recruit and manage TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates. You'll be sourcing new talent, handling outreach DMs, and keeping our creator pipeline organized.
Responsibilities
– Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.
– Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.
– Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
– Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.
– Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline.
– Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
– Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
Who You Are
– Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
– Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.
– Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
– Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
– Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.
– Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required).
