🚨 We Are Hiring: Youth Hockey Coaches
The Wipptal Broncos are looking for motivated and qualified coaches to support the next step in the development of our youth sector in Sterzing/Vipiteno, South Tyrol, Italy.
We are currently looking for:
🏒 Head Coach U14–U16
🏒 Assistant Coach U14–U16
Both positions are not limited to coaching one specific age group.
We are looking for coaches who want to be part of a bigger project: building a structured, modern, and sustainable youth hockey program for the Wipptal Broncos.
A key part of both roles will also be supporting the development of younger players across our youth categories, especially through on-ice support, skills development, and close cooperation with the coaching staff.
Main responsibilities:
✅ Lead, support, and develop our U14 and U16 teams
✅ Provide on-ice support for our younger categories, especially U8–U12
✅ Help develop and implement the club’s youth development program
✅ Support individual player development across different age groups
✅ Work closely with the Youth Coordinator and the coaching staff
✅ Create a positive, ambitious, and player-focused environment
✅ Act in line with the values, philosophy, and long-term vision of the Wipptal Broncos

Requirements:
✔ Strong coaching education and relevant coaching experience
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Flexibility and willingness to support different age groups
✔ Motivation to work in player development, not only team coaching
✔ English as main working language is accepted
✔ German and/or Italian is an advantage
✔ Strong alignment with the club’s philosophy, values, and long-term vision
