Hyde School Girls Varsity Soccer Coach Jobs in Bath at THE HYDE SCHOOL
Hyde School, an independent boarding and day school in Bath, Maine, is seeking a Head Girls Varsity Soccer Coach for the 2026 fall season.
The season begins September 1 and concludes November 11. Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with games scheduled on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the season. The team competes in 12–14 games, including the conference tournament.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and develop the girls varsity soccer program throughout the season.
- Foster a positive, competitive team culture that emphasizes character, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
- Coach and support student-athletes of varying skill levels.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Serve as a positive role model who reflects Hyde School’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching and/or playing experience in soccer preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with high school student-athletes.
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to employment.
Compensation
- Seasonal stipend: $5,000
Pay: $5,000.00 per year
