We are seeking to hire a go getter, people person, eager to help clients and our team.
Some one reliable who shows up to work early and problem solves actively and can follow business leadership but also self motivated.
We will only hire the right candidate who can actively support patient care as a PT Technician while also potentially handling front desk responsibilities. This role will involve assisting patients with exercises, performing treatment modalities, maintaining facility cleanliness, and potentially answering calls, scheduling, and insurance verification. Additionally, if proficient enough with the above mentioned job tasks this person could contribute to sales development by tracking and communicating with leads. We are looking for someone who wants to enhance the patient experience and add value to our team and growing business.
Duties include:
- Assisting patients with exercises
- MUST BE ABLE TO VERIFY INSURANCES
- Cleaning the facility
- Scheduling and tracking patient appointments
- Answering phone calls/making phone calls
- Becoming proficient in using WebPT software
- Tracking clinic metrics
- Collecting co-pays and deductibles and inquire on previous balances

Pay range: $12-$14/hour (depends on capabilities candidate can demonstrate in interview)
