A facility near Mauston, WI is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join their hospice and palliative care team!
Hospice Registered Nurse Opportunity
- Full Time Permanent employment
- Schedule: Day Shift; Mon-Fri with weekend and holiday rotation
- Collaborates with the hospice interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care based on patient, family, and team assessments.
- Completes functional assessments and initiates the plan of care to identify needs, manage symptoms, and establish patient/family goals.
- Provides direct nursing care, supervises care staff and volunteers, and evaluates progress using strong clinical and communication skills.
Hospice Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Unrestricted RN license with the ability to practice in Wisconsin
- Must have or be willing to obtain BLS and CHPN certifications
- Previous Nursing experience required
- Experience in hospice and palliative care preferred
