WORK DAYS: 220 (salaried position)Duties include but are not limited to: Providing athletic training services for all home Noble High School athletic contests and away varsity football games. Other contests at the discretion of the Athletic Administrator. Providing injury, preventative treatment (taping, ice/heat, conditioning, etc.) and injury evaluation for Noble athletes.Act as liaison between family physicians and specialists, the school district, athletes, and their parentsMaintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and provide insurance claim forms for sports injuries treated by a physicianAdminister pre-concussion testing and return to play protocolComplete registration for athletes who sign up to play sports.Provide the coaches and athletic director with a list of athletes medically eligible to compete under district and state rules and regulations.Bachelor’s degree (or beyond) in a health related fieldMust be BOC certified and possess or be in the process of acquiring licensure from the state of MaineState of Maine certification
