Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Heat Presser to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying player names, numbers, and logos to jerseys using heat press equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and maintains high attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heat press machines to apply names, numbers, and logos to jerseys.
- Align and position materials accurately to maintain consistency and quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and durability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate heat press equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $16-17.50 per hour (ideal for applicants with little to no heat press experience but strong attention to detail).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
