Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive volleyball training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Lead team practices, drills, and conditioning sessions to improve technical skills and teamwork
- Develop game strategies and provide guidance during competitions
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and positive behavior among team members
- Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to proper safety protocols and supervising activities closely
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, or community organizations to coordinate schedules and events
- Incorporate relevant skills such as *childcare*, *behavior management*, and *working with students* to create an engaging learning environment
- Utilize experience in related areas such as *sports coaching*, *teaching physical education*, or *martial arts* (e.g., *karate*, *judo*) to enhance coaching techniques
Experience
- Prior experience in *sports coaching*, particularly volleyball
- Background in *teaching*, *childcare*, or working with youth in educational or recreational settings
- Knowledge of *behavior management* strategies to foster positive team dynamics
- Experience with other physical activities like *swimming*, *climbing*, or martial arts (e.g., *judo*) is a plus
- Familiarity with managing groups of children or students within a *health club*, *gym*, or school environment is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to motivate young athletes while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
