Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Must pass a criminal records check (BCI and FBI)
- Pupil Activity Permit Certification
- Prior coaching experience with head coaching preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both students and adults
- Knowledge of techniques, workouts, and training methods
- Coordinate daily practice schedule
- Understanding and willingness to spend the necessary time to build a successful program
- Willingness to work as a team
- Demonstrate ability to motivate and coach high school athletes
- Willingness to work closely with the Athletic Director to carry out goals and objectives of Athletic Department
- Salary: Per Supplemental Salary Schedule, ($6134.10-$7308.00) dependent on experience
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
